Chuck Stecker, Ph.D. is the Executive Director and Founder of A Chosen Generation & The Center for InterGenerational Leadership. Chuck is an ordained minister of the Gospel and has earned a Ph.D. in Communications specializing in Christian Leadership. Chuck served in the US Army for over 23 years in various key leadership and staff positions, including 3 years on the Joint Staff in the Pentagon. He served with Promise Keepers for three years as a Regional Director and then launched A Chosen Generation.
Chuck combines years of business experience, military service and over 20 years of full-time vocational ministry to help churches and ministries develop clear strategies to equip, train, empower and release a new generation of leaders. He has a passion to see churches return to truly intergenerational communities. Dr. Josh Mulvihill is the Executive Director of Church & Family Ministry at Renewanation. Josh has served as a pastor for nearly 20 years, is a founding member of the Legacy Coalition, and has a PhD from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the author or editor of multiple books on grandparenting including Biblical Grandparenting, as well as Preparing Children for Marriage, and Rooted Kids Curriculum and Worship.
Josh has a PhD from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in family ministry with a focus on the biblical role of grandparents. Josh is the author of Preparing Children for Marriage, editor of the book Equipping Grandparents in Your Church. Josh and his wife Jen live in Victoria, MN and are blessed with five children.
Cavin Harper is founder and Executive Director of Christian Grandparenting Network (CGN). He graduated from Baylor University and Denver Seminary. He has served as a pastor and operated a Christian retreat center in Colorado. Cavin and his wife Diane became grandparents in 1998 - and that’s when CGN was birthed. He is an author and a speaker across the country. His most noted book: Courageous Grandparenting is a call for grandparents to rise above the conventional view of grandparenting to embrace radically courageous life that stands apart from the politically correct crowd. He and Diane have two children and nine grandchildren.

Rev. Toby Quirk, author/speaker/chaplain is a retired infantry officer and former pastor. As an ordained minister Toby led two churches in Western Massachusetts for 20 years. Toby has been active with his West Point Class bringing ethics conferences to the academy. He has spoken at men’s conferences, military bases and literary events. He has published two books, a memoir-devotional and a supernatural thriller. Currently Toby serves as the Chaplain at the Soldiers’ Home in Chelsea, Mass. and he’s the Fire Department Chaplain for the city of Saugus, Mass. He met his wife, Linda while he was a cadet at West Point Military Academy, and they were married shortly after his graduation in June of 1970. They have two adult children and two fantastic grandsons in their 20’s. He spends his spare time writing, sailing and skiing.

She and her husband of thirty-five years reside in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, with their English setter named Finley. Deborah Haddix is an author, speaker, and board certified advanced Christian life coach whose passion is to empower women to embrace God’s design for their life. Glenn has been ministering to older adults since 1976. He recently retired after serving as Director of Christian Ministries and Lead Chaplain for 35 years at The Elim Park Baptist Home in Cheshire, CT. Glenn is the author of the book, Trashed or Treasured: A Short Practical Theology of Aging, which won Second Place in the Theology Category of the 2012 Christian Choice Book Awards.
He has been married for 43 years to his wife, Sandra, and has three married children and seven grandchildren. Since his retirement, he and Sandy have been Certified Partners with the Christian Grandparenting Network (CGN) and trained to lead the Courageous Grandparenting Seminar.
